As a life enthusiast, I've traversed the depths to discover what it takes to be fully alive. Through my education, travels, and spiritual journeys I've gained a keen understanding of key principles and practices (such as the Law of Attraction) that lead to a purposeful, authentic and joyful life.

I'm a successful business owner (SpiritAlive), coach, guide, writer, speaker and facilitator. Labels aside, I simply consider myself a human being doing my best to walk a path of authenticity and integrity while making a difference.

One of my fascinations is consciousness. My intention is to contribute to humanity in a way that builds a new way of being together.  I do this through:

*my personal practices, tending to being my own best self 
*my work with individuals and groups
*volunteer service such as time in Nigeria, Africa  (helped build a library, engaged in peace building efforts, photographer for documentary, helped create micro-lending project for women)

This is a profound era to be alive in, a large awakening is occuring.  I feel I was “made for this time”.  I am delighted to be connecting with like-spirited beings ready to play in the new realm.
